TWO BIG THINGS FROM THEIR PAST: 1) Juliet's parents were on the way to pick Juliet up from a school dance when they were in a car accident. They weren't supposed to be on the road at all, but she had called her mom crying because her boyfriend had just dumped her for someone else. The roads were wet and the rain wasn't letting up but they decided to go get her anyways, with her little brother in tow. Just five miles from the school, an animal ran across the road and slammed into their car, sending it careening into oncoming traffic. Neither her mother or father survived the accident, and her brother suffered severe damage to one of his kidneys. He had to have a kidney transplant and is currently taking antirejection medicine. After her parents died, Juliet and her brother were placed in the care of her Aunt. It was a good fit for her brother, not so much for Juliet. Her and her Aunt clashed constantly. Some, because her Aunt blamed Juliet for her mother's death,but more so because Juliet blamed herself. As such, after Juliet received a full ride to the college on Vanguard, she was quick to move into the college housing. She graduated with honors, receiving her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Art Management.[break]

2) When Juliet was 16, she got engaged to her high school sweetheart (another thing her aunt and her clashed about). They were determined to make it, and anyone who told them they wouldn't only served to make them even more determined. The two were as close as people in love can be when he got a call from a record label that wanted to produce the band. Knowing that it's the big break he needed, Juliet told him to go, that she would stay on the isle for a while longer and then would move to LA with him when things settled. He refused to leave until they got married and so the two eloped. He left and they talked everyday, sometimes a few times a day.Time went by and then all of a sudden, nothing. No phone calls, no text messages, not a word. Worried, she buys a plane ticket to LA, to make sure he's all right, but when she gets to the place he was staying, she finds him kissing someone else. Needless to say, she threw her ring at his head and left. They haven't talked since, but last she heard, he had hit it big.
